Rapper Drake is being sued along with Cash Money and Universal, by mega-publishing giant Playboy Enterprises for copyright infringement. In the beginning of his No. 1 hit 'Best I Ever Had,' the lawsuit alleges, there's a sample from the song 'Falling in Love' by Hamilton, Joe Frank andDennison/Reynolds, which is the property of Hugh Hefner's Playboy Music Inc. and Playboy Enterprises.
