Target would never get this sort of reception in the real world...only in New York. Tuesday, July 20th, Target brought some fashionable faces to the grand opening if their location in East Harlem, the first on the island of Manhattan.  Actress Tracee Ellis Ross kept cool in her green maxi while singer Adrienne Bailon, Kelly Rowland, and Selita Ebanks kept it short and sweet.
